Job Summary
This position entails delivering tailored physical therapy services aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and functional independence for adult and elderly patients. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to execute effective treatment plans while ensuring precise clinical documentation is maintained throughout patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized physical therapy care to adult and elderly patients.
- Work in partnership with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Document clinical progress accurately to maintain up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or be eligible for licensure in the respective state.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program is required.
- Demonstrated interest in working specifically with geriatric rehabilitation patients.
