The Physical Therapist Assistant will deliver personalized care to patients and offer family education in a home environment. Responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with physician directives and the created care plan, under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services. Applicants must be graduates from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and possess an active state license. Additionally, a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and current CPR certification are mandatory.
