Job description
The physical therapist will assess and provide treatment to patients within their home settings, focusing on functional limitations associated with neurological, orthopedic, and medical issues. They will create and execute individualized care plans aimed at assisting patients in reaching their maximum functional capacity. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a valid PT license and registration in New York State. A minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy is also necessary for this position.
