Job description
The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing the functional capabilities of residents and crafting personalized treatment strategies aimed at enhancing safety and independence. They will also deliver expert therapy services, oversee Physical Therapy Assistants, and spearhead community wellness initiatives. Applicants are required to have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college and either hold a valid state license or be eligible for licensure. Excellent clinical evaluation skills and experience with electronic medical record systems are essential.
