Job description
The provider will offer comprehensive, relationship-oriented primary care that encompasses preventive measures, chronic disease management, and health education. Working independently, they will focus on delivering patient-centered services and employ clinical resources to enhance health outcomes. Applicants are required to possess a valid license and current board certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA) as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate. Experience in independent family practice and a federal DEA number are advantageous.
