**Job Title: Physical Therapist**
The physical therapist will engage in cooperative care as part of the OrthoHealth program to tackle obesity in both adults and children by creating tailored exercise and metabolic health plans. Key duties involve conducting assessments, setting treatment objectives, tracking patient advancements, and ensuring adherence to billing and clinical protocols. Applicants should be available for two evening shifts weekly and occasional Saturdays in a dynamic clinical setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential for collaborating effectively with a diverse team of physicians, dieticians, and health coaches.
