**Job Title: Physical Therapist**
The physical therapist will assess, treat, and document patient care while ensuring adherence to all regulatory guidelines. This role includes fostering effective communication with team members, medical professionals, and patients to guarantee exceptional pelvic health rehabilitation services. Applicants must hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution and have a valid state physical therapist license or be eligible for licensure. Moreover, a current CPR certification is mandatory for this role.
