The Advanced Practice Provider will assess, diagnose, and treat patients experiencing cognitive and memory issues in a collaborative clinic environment. Key responsibilities encompass performing physical assessments, prescribing treatments, and delivering thorough education to patients and their caregivers. Applicants must possess a Master’s degree from a recognized nursing or Physician Assistant program and have an active Illinois license. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience in fields such as neurology, geriatrics, or psychiatry.
