Job Summary
The primary function of this role is to lead and mentor a team of technical sales professionals, enhancing their productivity and crafting strategic business initiatives. This position entails overseeing the division’s profit and loss, managing inventory, handling contracts, and executing marketing strategies while fostering customer relationships and delivering successful sales outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and train technical sales staff to boost productivity.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans, budgets, and sales forecasts that align with corporate objectives.
- Manage the division’s profit and loss statements, ensuring financial success and sustainability.
- Handle inventory, contracts, and strategic marketing initiatives effectively.
- Support and strengthen customer relationships while ensuring effective sales execution.
- Drive growth efforts in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in senior sales management.
- Demonstrated success in sales and leadership within the industry.
- Strong understanding of products, financial principles, and business operations.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts as required.
