Job Summary
CRH is looking for a dedicated Precision Plant Machine Operator with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. This onsite position based in Tallahassee, Florida, focuses on the effective operation and oversight of machinery in compliance with production standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that equipment functions correctly and adheres to required safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise machinery to guarantee adherence to production standards.
- Adjust and set machine controls as necessary for optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough inspections of output to maintain quality standards.
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to address any operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operating machine equipment preferably in a production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and manuals.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
- Proficient in performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
