Job description
The role of Preconstruction Manager entails crafting detailed conceptual estimates, bids, and conducting pricing analyses while acting as a committed partner for national account clientele. This position involves nurturing client relationships, overseeing the bidding process, and performing site evaluations to guarantee the success of projects. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating commercial construction endeavors and demonstrate a proficiency in analyzing project drawings and specifications. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, alongside expertise in industry-standard estimating software.
