Job Summary
The Principal Engineer Systems (Unix Systems Administrator) will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining our FreeBSD infrastructure. This position is located in Boulder, Colorado, and requires an onsite presence. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that our systems comply with Cybersecurity Maturity standards, fostering a culture that values security and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and maintain secure FreeBSD and Linux-based infrastructures.
- Ensure compliance with Cybersecurity Maturity guidelines.
- Manage complex operating system networks and storage systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, particularly with Unix and FreeBSD systems.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Experience in managing complex OS networks and storage solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
