Job description
The Principal Engineer will lead the technical strategy for conversational analytics by developing AI/ML solutions in the cloud and designing technical prototypes. This role involves working closely with cross-disciplinary teams and providing mentorship to software engineers at various levels to guarantee excellence in project delivery. Ideal candidates should possess over 12 years of experience with extensive production software systems and expertise in Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL. Additionally, a deep understanding of AI-driven development, vector retrieval methods, and agentic architectures is essential, along with outstanding communication abilities.
