Job description
The healthcare provider will offer primary care centered on building strong patient relationships, encompassing preventive care, management of chronic illnesses, and health education initiatives. They are expected to operate independently at the highest level of their qualifications, prioritizing patient health outcomes over service volume. Applicants must possess a valid license and current board certification (from either ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA), as well as certification in CPR/BLS. Experience in an autonomous family practice setting, covering both routine wellness and urgent care, is highly desirable.
