The HR Generalist is responsible for entering data into the HRIS, conducting new hire orientations, and managing the onboarding process for new employees. Additionally, they offer administrative assistance to the HR team and help with recruitment events such as job fairs. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of office experience and be skilled in using HRIS and ATS systems. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is necessary, although equivalent work experience may be accepted.
