Job Summary
The role of the nurse centers around providing tube feedings and assessing the comfort and health status of clients during scheduled evening home visits. This position includes the critical task of documenting each visit comprehensively and relaying any alterations in the client’s condition to the clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Administer tube feedings to clients during home visits.
- Monitor and assess the client’s comfort and overall condition.
- Document all visit details accurately.
- Communicate any changes in the client’s health status to the clinical team promptly.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted RN license for the state of Hawaii.
- BLS certification.
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience.
- Possession of a valid Hawaii driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Access to reliable transportation for home visits.
