Provide direct care to an assigned group of patients, including assistance with daily living, monitoring and documenting intake and output, catheter management, telemetry setup, glucose monitoring, and oxygen setup. Collaborate with patients, families, nurses, and other care team members, communicate care provided, and support the unit with clerical and liaison duties as needed. A high school diploma, GED, or STNA is required. The role works under the direct supervision of nursing leadership and performs delegated tasks within the employee’s scope of practice and skill set.
