The Process Engineer 3 will be responsible for spearheading enhancements in manufacturing processes, conducting equipment qualifications, and performing risk assessments to guarantee compliance and optimize operational performance. This role includes supporting the transfer of new products and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement cost-reduction strategies. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences and a minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering within an FDA-regulated setting. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficient communication, strong interpersonal abilities, and excellent organizational skills essential for thriving in this multidisciplinary team environment.
