The Primary Care Physician offers thorough medical services to senior patients, overseeing both acute and chronic health issues while guiding a multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role involves accountability for patient health outcomes, providing health coaching, and delivering high-quality, cost-efficient care in a value-driven environment. Applicants must possess an MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics, and must have a valid medical license from the state. While board eligibility is necessary, board certification is preferred. Additionally, candidates should hold a current DEA license and BLS certification.
