This role entails spearheading process optimization experiments, overseeing engineering initiatives, and performing root cause analysis to implement corrective measures. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, along with a minimum of three years of experience in industrial manufacturing. A solid technical foundation in process control and the capacity to work collaboratively at all levels of the organization are essential.
