Job description
The Process Engineer will oversee and enhance the efficiency of plant operations, manufacturing procedures, and quality assurance benchmarks. This role entails spearheading process optimization experiments, overseeing engineering initiatives, and performing root cause analysis to implement corrective measures. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, along with a minimum of three years of experience in industrial manufacturing. A solid technical foundation in process control and the capacity to work collaboratively at all levels of the organization are essential.
