Job Summary
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of the HVAC and ignition controls product line. This position requires a proactive approach to lead multidisciplinary teams in transforming market requirements and the latest technological advancements into innovative solutions that focus on customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the HVAC and ignition controls portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop customer-focused solutions based on market analysis and emerging technologies.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception through to market launch and beyond.
- Identify customer needs and industry trends to adapt and improve product offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business-related discipline.
- Extensive experience in product management within HVAC, combustion, or industrial controls sectors.
- Preferred qualifications include an MBA or another advanced technical degree.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ASHRAE is highly desirable.
