**Job Title: Production Baker**
The Production Baker plays a key role in the creation of bakery goods, focusing on the baking, finishing touches, packaging, and labeling of items during evening or overnight shifts. This position necessitates a commitment to upholding quality standards for all baked products while ensuring that the production area is kept clean, organized, and hygienic. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in a commercial bakery or kitchen setting and must hold a current Oregon Food Handler’s Card. The job entails physical requirements, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and candidates should be prepared to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
