Job description
The Production Lead oversees department staff to maintain efficiency, safety, and quality in production while fostering ongoing process enhancements. Key responsibilities include monitoring productivity levels, addressing any bottlenecks, and delivering essential training to achieve team objectives. Applicants are required to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with prior experience in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with Lean methodologies, root cause analysis, and the capability to understand mechanical drawings are essential.
