**Production Manager**
The Production Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Production Department, ensuring that efficiency, quality, and safety requirements are upheld. This position involves leading staff training initiatives, overseeing departmental finances, and executing process enhancements to improve labor and equipment utilization. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of management experience in a production setting along with strong leadership abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, and candidates must be capable of performing physical tasks and communicating effectively.
