Job description
**Production Manager**
The Production Manager is responsible for supervising all activities related to shop production, which encompasses material processing, quality assurance, and shipping, ensuring all projects comply with code standards. This role involves leading supervisory personnel, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication between the project management team and shop operations. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 1-3 years of experience, or alternatively, an associate degree along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. The selected candidate must secure an OSHA 30-hour certification within the first month of employment; additional certifications such as CWI or NACE are considered advantageous.
