Job Summary
The Production Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of ice production and packaging to guarantee that production targets are achieved in a safe and effective manner. This position plays a crucial role in supervising team members and ensuring the reliability of production processes through equipment maintenance and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of ice production and packaging.
- Supervise and direct production staff to optimize performance.
- Maintain and service equipment to ensure efficient production flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems that may arise during production.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment is essential.
- Demonstrated mechanical skills and problem-solving capabilities related to production machinery.
