Job description
**Job Title: Layup Operator**
The Layup Operator plays a key role in the assembly of interior doors. Key responsibilities include operations such as feeding materials, flipping panels, constructing doors, and sorting finished products. Team members are expected to keep up with production rates, examine components for any defects, and maintain a tidy workspace throughout their shift. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly and standing for periods of up to 4 hours. Basic mathematical skills and proficiency with a tape measure are essential, along with a reliable record of attendance and timeliness.
