Job description
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for guiding the production team, managing day-to-day operations, and upholding safety, quality, and timely delivery standards. This role includes responsibilities for recruitment, training, and spearheading ongoing improvement efforts to achieve financial and operational objectives. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting, although 5 years is preferred. Essential qualifications include expertise in manufacturing processes, lean practices, and ERP software, coupled with excellent leadership and communication abilities.
