Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for guiding the night shift team to achieve objectives related to safety, quality, and production while promoting ongoing improvements within the operation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the performance of night shift staff.
- Oversee the maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with safety regulations.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in operations and processes.
Qualifications
- Capability to perform physical activities including lifting items up to 70 pounds.
- Able to climb and stand for prolonged durations.
- Strong communication skills necessary for effective team interaction.
- Ability to maintain focus on production processes.
- Proficient in making prompt decisions in a dynamic work environment.
