Job description
**Job Title: Production Team Member**
The role of the production team member involves managing robotic welding cells and assembly tools to manufacture components for exhaust systems. This position includes carrying out quality assessments, performing leak tests, and ensuring the work area remains clean, safe, and well-organized. Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or GED and should be open to working flexible schedules, including overtime. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous, as well as a foundational understanding of welding and metal fabrication methods.
