Job description
**Production Worker**
The Production Worker is tasked with managing packaging machinery to compact wood by-products into bales and overseeing the processing and documentation of final products. In addition, this position involves conducting regular maintenance, resolving machinery issues, and operating a forklift when necessary. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate a solid mechanical aptitude, along with the capacity to perform basic arithmetic. The job demands physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and the stamina to stand for a minimum of 7 hours each day.
