Job description
**Program Lead**
The Program Lead plays a crucial role in the daily administration and supervision of designated programs, which includes directing staff and managing schedules. This position involves providing hands-on care to participants, overseeing medication administration, and maintaining a safe and tidy residential space. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. along with 1-3 years of experience in a residential human services environment. Applicants must also be at least 18 years of age and be prepared to obtain NADSP certification if necessary.
