Job Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for guiding a diverse team in support of a contract with the US Marine Corps, focusing on the management of costs, schedules, and quality standards. This position acts as the main liaison for government stakeholders, ensuring effective oversight of staffing, contract obligations, and the resolution of any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a multifunctional team dedicated to fulfilling the US Marine Corps contract.
- Oversee the performance related to cost, schedule adherence, and quality measures.
- Act as the key contact for government stakeholders regarding project updates and requirements.
- Manage staffing needs and ensure all contract deliverables are met on time.
- Facilitate resolution of issues to maintain project momentum and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 years of professional experience managing multifunctional teams.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Must have a Secret clearance to access classified information.
- Ability to fulfill background investigation and facility access protocols as required.
