Job Summary
The Program Scrum Master plays a critical role in guiding Agile practices across various teams and applications, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of intricate programs. This position involves leading program-level ceremonies, handling dependencies, and promoting an environment focused on continuous enhancement alongside both government and contractor leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile execution across multiple teams to ensure organized and timely delivery of complex projects.
- Facilitate program-level ceremonies to enhance team collaboration and performance.
- Manage interdependencies between teams to prevent bottlenecks and streamline processes.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement among team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar Agile leadership position.
- Local residency in Montgomery, AL, with eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance.
