Job Summary
The Project Architect will play a crucial role in the design and execution of architectural projects, ensuring that all phases are delivered to the highest standards. This position requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise to oversee project documentation, coordination, and execution, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop architectural designs from conceptualization to completion.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and other professionals to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits and oversee project implementation to guarantee design fidelity.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring successful completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure as an Architect is preferred.
- Extensive experience in architectural project management and design.
- Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex design-related problems.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
