Job Summary
The Project Controls Manager is responsible for the supervision of cost management, schedule performance, and forecasting related to key development programs. This position demands collaboration with project teams to deliver practical insights, uphold data accuracy, and ensure strict adherence to control processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cost management and scheduling on various development projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide actionable insights for improved performance.
- Ensure the integrity of data across all project controls.
- Implement disciplined control processes in line with project requirements.
- Manage forecasting activities to promote successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost engineering.
- Experience in large-scale capital construction programs is essential.
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field is desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management.
