Job description
**Project Engineering Manager**
The Project Engineering Manager is responsible for guiding engineering team members and overseeing capital projects that enhance plant operations, warehouse functions, and research and development initiatives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional leaders to evaluate business opportunities and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry. Expertise in CAD software and project management, coupled with excellent leadership and communication abilities, is essential.
