Job Summary
The Project Engineering Manager is tasked with guiding a diverse team to effectively oversee the scope, finances, and timelines of PowerFLX EPC projects. This role emphasizes providing engineering guidance, maintaining deliverable quality, and promoting teamwork between internal divisions and clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-discipline team to manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Ensure high-quality engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate collaboration among internal teams and with clients to meet project goals.
- Provide engineering oversight and direction to the project team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience in the field.
- At least two years of experience in engineering project management or as a lead engineer in an EPC setting.
