Job Summary
The Frontend Engineer position is pivotal in enhancing the quality and visual appeal of the Stripe Dashboard’s most frequented areas. In this role, you will mentor junior engineers while collaborating closely with design and product teams to develop AI-driven user experiences and ensure a cohesive system approach.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the frontend quality and visual design aspects of the Stripe Dashboard.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to early-career engineering team members.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to create AI-powered prototypes.
- Enhance overall system coherence in the user interface design.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in developing complex, user-facing web applications at scale.
- Proven expertise in modern frontend development, particularly with React.
- Demonstrated capability in driving UI consistency across various platforms.
- Strong understanding and experience with design system implementation.
