Job description
As the scheduling and operations coordinator, you will oversee the planning of installation projects and supervise field technicians to guarantee exceptional service delivery and operational effectiveness. Your role will also involve organizing daily activities and addressing any field challenges to ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have more than 3 years of experience in a project management or service-oriented position and demonstrate excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Proficiency in relevant software, including dispatch systems and Microsoft Office, is essential.
