The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success and client satisfaction of construction projects from inception to finish. Responsibilities encompass managing administrative duties, cost estimation, scheduling, and liaising with clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Applicants should possess 2-8 years of experience in design/build environments and demonstrate the ability to make effective decisions under pressure. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project is essential.
