Job description
**Project Manager II** is responsible for supervising every stage of energy performance and design-build construction projects starting from contract award to project closure. This role involves managing subcontractors, upholding project timelines, overseeing budget adherence, and facilitating effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline, or have equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 5-8 years of project management experience in energy sectors, mechanical/electrical, or design-build construction is essential.
