Job description
The Property Manager oversees all aspects of on-site operations, encompassing maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and financial reporting. This role requires leading and mentoring a top-performing team to uphold community standards and ensure resident satisfaction. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in property management and leadership. A Bachelor’s degree, along with a Real Estate license, is preferred for candidates applying for this position.
