**Property Manager**
The Property Manager is responsible for managing the daily activities of the property, which encompass leasing, maintenance, and resident relations, ensuring that both quality standards and financial goals are achieved. This role includes supervising onsite teams and executing marketing initiatives aimed at optimizing occupancy levels and rental revenue. Ideal candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in multifamily property management or related real estate operations. A degree in Business or Real Estate, either at the Associate’s or Bachelor’s level, is desirable, and bilingual communication skills are a prerequisite.
