The Proposal Manager will oversee the comprehensive proposal process for government bids, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and maintaining high-quality outputs. This role involves working closely with business development teams to formulate effective strategies while managing proposal schedules, responsibilities, and deliverables. Applicants should possess a solid background in the Federal Procurement Process, FAR regulations, and experience in handling proposals for Civilian or DoD agencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint is essential, along with exceptional organizational abilities and strong writing skills.
