The clinical instructor is responsible for implementing the approved nursing curriculum and providing students with opportunities to acquire knowledge and practice clinical skills. They also participate in program evaluation, continuous improvement processes, and engage in ongoing professional development. Candidates must hold a current, unencumbered registered nurse license in Virginia and possess at least a BSN degree for clinical instruction. Applicants must also demonstrate strong teaching skills and successfully complete background checks, drug screenings, and required certifications.
