Job Summary
The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) plays a crucial role in delivering personalized care to residents, ensuring adherence to their specific care plans. This position involves both personal and non-personal care, aimed at promoting the well-being and comfort of individuals under their care.
Responsibilities
- Document and monitor the progress of residents in accordance with care plans.
- Assist residents during meal service to ensure adequate nutrition.
- Maintain a safe and encouraging living environment for all residents.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Oklahoma Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
- Ability to physically assist residents with daily living activities.
- Must uphold strict confidentiality regarding residents’ information and care.
