**Job Title: Merchandising Manager**
The Merchandising Manager is responsible for overseeing operational execution, which includes managing truck processing, inventory procedures, and maintaining visual presentation standards to create a store environment that is ready for customers. This position is also tasked with providing leadership on the sales floor, orchestrating workload distribution, and mentoring team members to uphold company standards. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in retail leadership and be capable of handling physical responsibilities, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings is essential in this dynamic retail setting.
