Position Overview:
The QA Process Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and process control operations to ensure all products comply with company and regulatory standards. This position entails managing a quality assurance team, supervising processes, driving improvements, ensuring regulatory adherence, and facilitating audits. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a solid background in regulatory compliance, and the ability to lead within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Direct and manage the QA team to consistently uphold the company’s quality benchmarks.
  • Quality Process Oversight: Supervise quality control processes, ensuring they align with regulatory demands and corporate standards.
  • Enhancement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for process improvement and spearhead projects aimed at boosting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all operational processes conform to regulatory norms and internal policies.
  • Procedure Development: Create, update, and maintain process control protocols and documentation.
  • Staff Training: Educate and guide team members on quality control methodologies and best practices.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by delivering necessary documentation and insights.
  • Performance Reporting: Produce reports detailing process performance, compliance challenges, and improvement efforts.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years in personnel management experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in QA process control experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years working with ISO 13485 or similar regulatory standards.
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, including data analysis, advanced formulas, and pivot tables).
  • Proven track record in process improvement projects.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and working autonomously.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and act with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Certification as an Internal Auditor (CIA) or a related quality certification.
