Job Summary
The QA Process Control Manager will oversee the quality assurance processes within the organization, ensuring that systems are in place to maintain high standards of quality in production. This role is crucial for managing the QA team and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall product quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Develop and implement QA processes and protocols to ensure product quality.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance indicators.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Facilitate training programs to promote quality awareness among staff.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reviews to uphold QA standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
