Job description
**Job Title: Quality Assurance and Food Safety Technician**
The Quality Assurance and Food Safety Technician is responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs within the production facility. This role involves conducting frequent audits, executing quality assessments, and overseeing microbiological and chemical sampling to uphold the integrity of products. Applicants should possess a post-secondary degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Public Health, or Biological Sciences. Prior experience in a leadership role within a food processing environment, along with a solid understanding of food safety regulations, is essential.
